rcstack is a free platform for RC listings, forum threads, and community support. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Community use
Users must share accurate, respectful, and non-misleading content. Spam, fraud, harassment, and illegal content are not allowed.
Listing responsibility
The seller is responsible for product information, price, condition, images, and delivery details. rcstack is not a direct party to buyer-seller transactions.
Free use
rcstack does not require paid membership or mandatory commission for posting listings, browsing products, or using the forum.
Safe trading
We recommend avoiding advance payments before verifying the product, seller, and details. Suspicious content can be reported through Feedback / Complaint.
Turkey, USA, and Spain markets
rcstack provides content focused on Turkey, the United States, and Spain; however, product sale, delivery, import, export, taxes, warranty, and local legal compliance remain the users’ responsibility.
rcstack’s Role
rcstack is not the product owner, seller, buyer, payment provider, shipping company, or regulator. Agreements, payments, deliveries, product condition, and disputes between users are the responsibility of the parties involved.
Mandatory legal rules
These terms cannot be interpreted as waiving mandatory consumer, privacy, safety, or platform responsibility rules that may apply in Turkey, the United States, Spain, or the user’s location.
